⅔ C Butter Flavor Crisco
⅔ C Butter
1 C Granulated Sugar
1 C Packed brown sugar
1 Egg
2 tsp vanilla
3 C GF Flour (or regular Flour)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

*For Chocolate chip bars - 2 pkg semi-sweet chocolate pieces
*For Snickerdoodle bars - 1 C Granulated Sugar & 2 TBSP Cinnamon (mix in small bowl)
*For Celebration bars - 10oz (large package) Jimmy Sprinkles

Preheat Oven 375º

Mix shortening, butter, sugars, egg and vanilla

Slowly blend in remaining ingredients

If making chocolate chip or celebration bars, mix in chocolate or sprinkles

Grease pan

If making snickerdoodle bars, lightly dust the bottom of the pan with cinnamon/sugar mixture

Add dough to pan, smoothing out the top with a spatula

*If making snickerdoodle bars, dust the top of the dough with the remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture

Bake for 20 minutes until the toothpick comes out clean.
