Small potatoes such as Jersey Royals, Anya, Reds or Heritage but as log as they are small its fine.
Oil or spray oil.
Marmite Squeezy jar is best.
Grated cheese any flavour, your choice.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes until almost cooked, use a knife to check. Remove and drain and place on a sheet tray. Allow to cool slightly so that you can handle them, but try and keep as warm as possible, Using a potato masher or fork or somthing similar crush each potato. As long as they are broken but still in one piece its fine, no worries if they do break up, just mold them together.

Either drissle with oil or use spray oil or even a knob of butter, then drizzle marmite as much as you fancy. Sprinkle with grated cheese type of cheese is up to you. Once you have built the potatoes, put them in the oven 180 degrees for around 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.  

Serve with grilled meats as in pork chops, chicken breasts etc.
