Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c Hot Water (I do between 110º and 115º)
2 T Yeast
⅔ c Sugar
¼ c Melted Butter
1 tsp Salt
3 Heaping tsp Instant Powdered Milk
4½- 5 c of Bread Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the 2 cups Hot Water, 2 T Yeast, and 2/3 c sugar. Let activate for 10 minutes. It will bubble up and expand.

Add in the butter, salt and the powdered milk. Add in your bread flour and mix well.

Knead on a floured countertop for at least 5 minutes. Jodie does more like 10 minutes. (I put it in my mixer for 10 minutes)

Place in a greased bowl, flipping it over to coat all sides and cover with a warm damp cloth.

Let rise for 1 hour in a warm area of your kitchen.

Then place back on countertop to divide and knead for a few more minutes and put in sprayed bread pans. And rise for 30 more minutes.

Bake 350º for 30 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I take it out of the loaf pan after about 5 minutes and let it cool on a wire rack. After it is baked rub butter all over it. It helps keep it soft. When cool wrap it or bag it in a plastic bag. Makes 2 loaves.
