Filling:
½ c sugar
¼ c water
1 T cornstarch
6 c blueberries
2 T flour
⅓ c milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Topping:
1 Box of cake mix yellow or white
2 sticks butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan place sugar, cornstarch and water. Heat until it begins to thicken. Add blueberries and cook another 10-15 minutes. Add milk and cream cheese and cook until melted. Remove from heat.

Place filling in 13 x 9 inch pan. Crumble dry cake mixture over berry mixture. Pour melted butter over cake mix. Bake for 40 minutes 350º until crust is dark golden brown.

* 1 large can of sliced peaches can be substituted for the blueberries, OR 2 cans of cherry pie filling may be used, but need to leave out sugar, water, cornstarch, flour if using prepared pie filling.
