Ingredients:  
1 c corn meal
1 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 can cream corn
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c chopped onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 c buttermilk and ½ c cooking oil (or ¾ c milk and ⅓ butter)
½ c jalapenos (or 2 T creole seasoning)
1 lb. ground meat
1 (10 oz.) can of tomatoes

Brown ground meat and onions and seasonings. Mix everything else and put on top of meat.

Bake 25-30 minutes 425º
