Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pre-made Graham Cracker Shell
8 oz Hershey Bar Chocolate broken into small pieces.
12 oz. Cool Whip Thawed

Directions:
Directions:
In the microwave melt the chocolate. Set microwave to 1 minute; stop and stir the chocolate, then microwave for 20 second intervals stirring in between. Sometimes there is just a little left to melt but the bowl is warm, this chocolate will melt on it's own outside of the microwave. Just stir every minute or so until it's smooth. Let the chocolate cool for about 5 minutes.

Slowly add in the thawed cool whip to the chocolate. Take one spoonful of cool whip and add to the chocolate and stir well. Then add all of cool whip in and begin to stir slowly, more of a fold over rather than beating it to mix it in. If the chocolate is too hot the mixture will look like soup, if the cool whip is still partially frozen the chocolate will freeze. A good balance provides for a nice consistency. Spoon into the pie crust and chill really well before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Our family has made this for years at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Sometimes we make 2 or 3 of these for Thanksgiving. Regardless of how many pies we make there's always someone hanging around the kitchen ready and willing to lick the bowl.
