1 c. grated monterey jack cheese
1 c. grated sharp chedder cheese
1 c. grated mild chedder cheese
¼ c. grated parmesan cheese
1 c. heavy cream
2 T. unsalted butter
4 c. elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
1 c. chopped cooked bacon
½ c. chopped tomatoes
2 T. chopped fresh chives

Directions:

In a large frying pan over medium heat, combine the first 6 ingredients, stirring for 3 minutes or until cheeses are melted and smooth. Reduce heat to low and add macaroni and bacon. Stir for 4 minutes or until macaroni is evenly coated.

Heat broiler, pour mixture into greased oven proof serving crock. Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and golden brown. Remove from broiler and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper if desired. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and chives.
