1½ lbs boudin
2 (8 oz) package shredded cheese
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 bag Fritos scoops or crackers
Tiger Sauce
Tabasco Sweet and Spicy Sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Remove boudin from casing and mix in with 1 container of sour cream and 1 package of shredded cheese. Place mixture in greased 11 x 9 inch baking pan.

Sprinkle with garlic powder on top then drizzel with Tiger Sauce and Tabasco Sweet and Spicy Sauce. Top with remaining package of shredded cheese.

Bake 350º oven until cheese is melted. Serve with scoops or crackers
