1 gallon apple cider
¾ c brown sugar
4 sticks cinnamon
2 tsp whole allspice
12 whole cloves

Tie in a cheesecloth 2 teaspoons of whole allspice, 12 whole cloves)
Add all ingredients to a pot and heat for 20 minutes over a medium heat.
