½ head cabbage, shredded
2 green onions, chopped
1 package ichiban noodles

Dressing:
3 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
¼ canola oil
1 tsp. seasoning salt
½ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for dressing and add to cabbage and onions.

Add ichiban noodles just prior to serving to maintain crunchiness.

I use a bag of coleslaw mix vs. shredding own cabbage.
