1 Egg
1 c. Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Before preparing choose your method of cooking. I prepared mine in the oven (photo). The
methods will follow.

1. Blanch green beans by bringing a pot of water to a boil add beans and cook about two minutes, beans will be bright green. Immediately add beans to an ice bath, drain
beans and pat dry with paper towel.

2. If frying, heat oil on medium high heat in a large saucepan or deep fryer.

3. While oil is heating, place flour in a bowl, beaten egg in a second bowl and bread crumbs
in a third bowl.

4. Dredge the green beans in flour, transfer to egg mixture and coat then to bread crumbs and
make sure entire bean is coated.

5. Fry green beans until golden brown (about 4 minutes) remove from oil and place on paper
towel lined plate to drain excess oil.

Optional Cooking Methods:

Baking: After coating the beans, lay them on a greased cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown at 425º.

Air Fryer: Place your breaded green beans in the air fryer at 390º for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Dip ideas:
Ranch Dressing
Chipotle or chipotle ranch
Dill Vegetable dip.

Be creative with a dip choice or eat without a dip!
