4 Tbsp, Milk
1/2 cup butter
4 Tbsp, cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
About 3 cups of Powered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
On low heat, melt butter; add milk. Bring slowly to a boil. Boil for about a minute. Remove from heat, Stir in Cocoa and mix well. Let cool and add vanilla. Stir in powdered sugar until frosting is desired consistency. Frosting can be used for cakes or cookies.
