2 ripe avocados
2 Tbsp lime juice
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
3 thinly sliced green onions
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place ripe pitted avocados and lime juice in a medium bowl; coarsely mash with a potato masher or fork. Stir in mint leaves, green onions, and salt.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve immediately or cover surface with plastic wrap and chill up to 24 hours. Garnish with additional mint just before serving, if desired.
