Garlic:
1/2 cup soft butter
2 T. EVOO
1/2 cup grated parmesan
2 tsp. garlic powder


Pizza:
1 cup (1/2 #) softened butter
1 T. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic
Shredded cheeses: 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup cheddar, 1/4 cup parmesan
(Opt. 2 small cans tomato paste and 2 T sugar )

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for either butter in bowls. Refrigerate until ready to make garlic toast and soften before spreading. Can be made ahead and frozen into cubes or scoops and thawed before making. Keeps well in fridge for 2-3 weeks.
When ready to serve- spread either butter on French bread slices and toast in oven or broiler to melt cheeses. Or spread on diagonally sliced whole French bread loaf. Foil the loaf and bake to melt cheese.

If adding tomato paste mix to pizza butter, try it on English muffins with bits of pepperoni and broil or bake.
