1 c plus 3 TBSP butter
3/4 c baking cocoa
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Frosting:
6 T butter
2 2/3 c powdered sugar
1/2 c baking cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 to 1/3 c milk

In a saucepan; melt butter. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa, until smooth.

In a mixing bowl; beat eggs and sugar together. Combine flour, salt and baking powder; blend together.Gradually add to creamed mixture, stir in vanilla and chocolate mixture. Blend together well.

Spread batter into a greased 13 x 12 inch jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350º for 25 - 28 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not over bake, cool on a wire rack.

Frosting:
In a mixing bowl; cream together butter, powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla until smooth. Add enough milk so consistency is spreadable. Frost brownies when cool.
