100g of melted butter,
75g non-melted butter,
225g digestive biscuits
75g of dark brown sugar
397g(1 can) sweetened condensed milk,
2 Bananas

20cm loose-bottomed cake tin

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, blend the digestives into a fine sand like powder
add the melted butted to the and blend for another 30 seconds

Press the mixture into the base and sides of the tin. Chill for 10 minutes.

Place non-melted butter and sugar into a pot, on a low heat, stir all the time until the sugar has dissolved

Add the condensed milk and bring to a boil for about a minute, stirring all the time for a thick golden caramel.

Pour the caramel into the biscuit base and then chill for 1 hour in the fridge.

Top the bananas with a layer of whipped cream, spreading to make sure it is evenly covered.

Dust the top of the whipped cream with cocoa powder.
