1 c. chunky or creamy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking spray.

Place all ingredients in medium bowl and mix until well blended. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet.

Bake 7-10 min.
