1 1/2 oz blanco Tequila
1 oz Blue Curaçao
1/2 oz pineapple juice
Maraschino cherry

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the tequila, blue curaçao, and pineapple juice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass over fresh ice or up. Garnish with a maraschino cherry. Serve and enjoy.
