3/4 c. butter room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (1.5 oz.) Hershey's chocolate bars, chopped
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1 heaping c. mini marshmallows

Preheat oven to 375 and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well.

Add flour, graham crumbs, soda and salt and mix.

Add chopped chocolate, marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Drop 1 1/2 inch balls a few inches apart on cookie sheets.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until not shiny/doughy on top.

Allow to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes (to set) before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
