1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
¼ tsp. garlic salt
2 oz. crumbled blue cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together. Let stand for at least an hour. Keep refrigerated.
