½ raisins
¼ pitted prunes
¼ pitted dates
6 tbsp prune juice
¼ wheat or oat bran

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine raisins, dates and prunes. Add enough water to just cover the fruit and allow to soak overnight.

Drain the water

In food processor combine soaked fruit, prune juice and bran - puree to the consistency of paste. Add more prune juice if too thick.

Instead of prune juice can use water from fruit soak.
