3 cups warm water
½ cup sugar
6 tbsp. oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp. yeast
2 eggs
7-9 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, sugar, oil, salt and yeast - let sit until foamy.

Add eggs and enough flour to make a soft dough - knead in mixer.

Pat dough with oil and let rise for 15 minutes - punch down. Repeat rise/punch down 3 more times.

On 4th rise make dough into buns and let rise 1 hour.

Bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes.
