4 Stalks of Rhubard, chopped finely (2 Cups Frozen)
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1 Tsp of Honey
2 Tbsp of Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer all ingredients in cover saucepan until tender. About 10 minutes

Pour Half in processor or blender.

Combine with remaining rhubarb & chill
