2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped

1-1/2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
2 cans chili beans, mashed
2 to 3 T. taco seasoning
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, add green pepper and onion. Add Velveeta (cut into chunks), beans, taco seasoning and salt. Heat until cheese is melted. Better if sets overnight.
