3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp.soda
1 tsp. salt
4 T. cocoa
Sift together ingredients above. Make 3 dents in the dry ingredients. First dent pour 2/3 cups cooking oil, second dent 2 tsp. Vanilla, third dent 2 T. vinegar. Pour 2 cups cold water over all of this. Stir with a fork until well mixed. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.

1 stick margarine
1/4 cups milk
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4-1/2 cups cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
