3/4 lb ground beef
3/4 lb sausage (I like Jimmy Dean)
2 cloves smashed garlic
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup plain dried bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 375º. Using a 9x12 baking dish, spray bottom with cooking spray.

In a medium size bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly, using your hands are the best tools!

Using a large cookie scoop, form balls that are about 1” to 1 1/2”. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Transfer meatballs from baking dish to a wire rack for draining.
