 2 tablespoons avocado oil
 3 cloves garlic, minced
 1 tablespoon chili powder
 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 1/2 cup tomato sauce
 1/2 cup chicken broth
 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips
 2 tablespoons adobo sauce, optional
 1 tablespoon almond butter
 1/2 teaspoon salt

Bloom spices
Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, chili powder, cumin, and cinnamon. Cook while stirring for 30 seconds to bloom the spices and develop their flavor.

Finish it with tang, chocolate and spice
Add remaining ingredients - tomato sauce, chicken broth, sugar free chocolate, almond butter, adobo sauce and salt. Stir to combine. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for additional 3 minutes.
