 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
 2 teaspoon fresh oregano
 4 cloves garlic, minced
 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1 cup avocado oil or olive oil
 1/2 cup red wine vinegar or lemon juice

Add all ingredients - parsley, cilantro, oregano, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, red wine vinegar and avocado oil to a food process or blender.
Pulse or blend until smooth and combined. Pour into a mason jar to storage container. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour to allow flavor to develop
