1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cans cream of potato soup
6 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pt. cultured sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a crockpot and cook on Low for 7 hours. Can be baked for 1 hour in a regular oven at 350ºF, but much better flavor is obtained by using the crockpot.
