1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Directions:
In a large skillet, add chopped onion and olive oil. Sauté over med heat. Add chopped garlic. Continue sautéing until items are tender.

Add cooked meatballs and spaghetti sauce. Heat for about 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile in a large bot, cook spaghetti according to package directions. UNDERCOOK by 2 minutes.

With a large slotted spoon, remove meatballs. Set aside.

Transfer undercooked spaghetti to the spaghetti sauce. Add 1/2 cup spaghetti water, gently stir until all pasta is coated. Add meatballs on top. Top with cheeses.

Bake at 350º, for about 20-30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can use frozen premade meatballs, or make your own. A recipe for homemade meatballs is also in this binder! Enjoy.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. Do not bake in a foil pan. I made it tonight and when I removed from the oven, the pan bent in half and ended up on the floor! With sauce everywhere including my white cabinets!
