Preheat oven to 400º

5½ - 6 cups allpurpose flour
3 tbsp granulated sugar
2 packets Fleischmann's RapidRise Yeast
(4½ tsp)
2 tsp salt
1½ c water
½ c milk
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine/stir/blend 2c flour, sugar, yeast, salt in stand mixer bowl.
Combine water, milk, butter;
microwave in 15sec increments til warm, but not hot.
Add to flour mixture; beat 2 min at medium.
Add 1 c flour; beat 2 min on Hi.
Stir in enough flour to form a ball.
Knead on lightly floured surface 6-8 min until elastic & springy.
Cover w/towel; let rest for 10 min.

Cut dough into 2 equal pieces.
Roll each into 12x7" rectangle using a rolling pin.
Roll up each tightly; pinch seams & ends to seal.
Place seam side down in 8½x4½ sprayed loaf pans.
Cover w/towel. Let rise 45 min (doubled in size).

Bake 20-30 min until golden brown.
Remove from pan to wire rack.
