Personal Notes:
I have absolutely no idea who "Grandpa" is but I thought it was funny to include because anyone reading thi will wonder who it is. It's SOMEBODY'S grandpa but none of ours!

When Covid shut us down and in, I started baking on Sunday afternoons and delivering to a half dozen friends here at the Vi where I live for MY pleasure particularly and theirs hopefully. I tried new recipes every time - and the successful ones will be included in this cookbook with a note as to why there are so many recipes for baked goods.
