3 c peaches, sliced
1 stick butter
1 c sugar
1/2 c sugar
3/4 c milk
1/4 t salt
2 t baking powder
3/4 c flour
1 t cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Slice peaches and mix with the cup of sugar. Heat oven to 350 degrees and put the stick of butter in a very deep baking dish or pan; set in oven to melt. Stir up a batter of the remaining sugar, flour and milk. Pour this mixture over the melted butter; DO NOT STIR. Put sugared sliced peaches on top; DO NOT STIR. Bake in oven one hour. The batter will rise to the top and be brown.

Serve with ice cream and more peaches, if desired
