1-1/4 lb. venison round steak
salt and pepper
1/4 c. flour
2 T. vegetable oil
3 large onions, chopped
1 medium stalk celery, chopped
1 c. tomatoes, chopped
2 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Steak should be about 1-1/2-inches thick. Season steak with salt and pepper. Dredge steak in flour. In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown steak on both sides. Add remaining ingredients to pan, cover tightly and cook on LOW on top of range until tender, or bake in oven at 350º F about 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Remove meat to a platter and make gravy with pan drippings. Makes 4 servings.
