1. First of all we will wash and peel the potatoes, because we need to boil. Do not forget to add salt to your water and also you can add different spices for the potato.
2. While the potatoes are cooking, peel and chop the onion into small pieces. In a heated frying pan, fry the onion until golden light, add the minced meat and frying with the onion. At this stage you may add salt, pepper, herbs, spices etc. It will take 5-10 minutes. Leave to cool.
3. When potatoes are cooked carefully drain the water, then mashing it, during this process you need to add milk. you can also add herbs paprika.
4. Breaking the eggs there, add them to the mashed potatoes and mix. Now we have everything ready to make a lasagna with minced meat.
5. Pre-heat the oven to 180-200º Celsius. We will need a pan, preferable with high sides.
6. Oil the pan, spread half of the mashed potatoes, top with layer of fried minced meat with onions and herbs, cover it all with a layer of mashed potatoes.
7. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
8. Put in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
