1-1/2 pounds flank steak
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons EVOO
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup carrots, grated
Green onions for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1. Thinly slice the flank steak into strips.
2. Add together the flank steak slices and your cornstarch to a large resealable bag.
Shake the bag thoroughly to evenly coat the steak.
3. Then add the EVOO, soy sauce, minced garlic, water, brown sugar and carrots into the slow cooker. Next, combine it all together. Then, add in the now coated flank steak slices and mix it all together until everything is evenly coated in the sauce.
4. Cook in the slow cooker for either 4 - 5 hours on LOW, or 2 - 3 hours on HIGH, you can tell that it is done when the flank steak is cooked through and tender. Serve this meal over rice and sprinkle with green onions.
