400g of linguine Spaghetti
400g Squid/cuttlefish, sliced
6g of squid/cuttlefish ink
1 shallot, sliced
Parsley,
Garlic
Chilli flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water for 10 mins

In a pan on medium heat, in a large glug of oil, sauté the garlic, chilli flakes and shallots for 2 mins

Add the squid to the pan and cook everything for 5 mins

Add the parsley and a glug of white wine of you have it handy and simmer on low for 10 mins

Add the squid ink and a cup of the past water to the pan to make a black rich sauce

Add the cooked spaghetti to the mix, coat well and serve
