½ cup sugar
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup light corn syrup
¼ cup half-and-half
2 tbsp butter
½ tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa. Stir in corn syrup and half-and-half. Stir over medium heat til mixture comes to a boil. Stirring occasionally, simmer 3 minutes. Stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream! Makes about 1 cup.
