1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup white wine vinegar
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
3 tbsp minced green onions
1 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
3 clovers minced garlic
2oz pimento drained and diced
Five 1/2" x 2" x 1" block sharp cheddar cheese (about 8oz chilled)
Same amount of mozzerella
Same amount of cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 10 ingredients in a jar.
Cover tightly, shake vigorously, set aside
Cut both cheeses in half length wise
Cut cross wise into 1/4" slices (thick enough to stand on end)
Stand slices up on end in a small shallow pan or container.
Pour marinade over the cheese and cover, let stand in fridge at least 8 hrs. Longer is better.
Transfer cheese slices to a serving platter, again standing slices on end, alternating cheeses.
Spoon marinade over the cheeses before serving
