3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (15 oz. can) or 2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
5/8 c. (1-1/2 cup + 1 T.) water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add pumpkin, oil, eggs and water, mix well. Pour into two greased and floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pans. Bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Cool in pans about 10 minutes. Bread may be frozen for later time.
