2 lb. triple mix (pork, beef, veal)

1 cup dry bread crumbs

1/2 cup grated parmesan

2 eggs

1 finely minced garlic clove

2 T minced parsley

1 tsp. each salt & pepper

3 c. tomato pasta sauce


Directions:
Directions:
Bring tomato sauce to a simmer in a large dutch oven.

Combine all other ingredients well and form into golf ball sized spheres. You should have apprx. 36.

Drop into simmering sauce. Spoon sauce onto meatballs to cover.

Remove pot from the heat and place in a 350 degree oven.

Bake 30 minutes.

This is an easy recipe as it requires no meatball browning.

I usually throw a parmesan rind into the sauce for additional flavour. (we use Kirkland Spaghetti Sauce).
