2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of diced green chilis and tomatoes (Ro*Tell), undrained
2 cups chicken broth
1 packet of ranch dry seasoning (Hidden Valley Ranch)
1 tsp. cumin
1 TBSP. chili powder
1 tsp. onion powder
8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 cup of shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place uncooked chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.

Add corn, beans, diced chilis and tomatoes, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning.

Stir well.

Place cream cheese on top of chicken and cover with lid.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Shred chicken before serving.

Each individual can add shredded cheese to their bowl.

Great with tortilla chips.
