Makes enough for two 9-inch pie pans:
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup ICE water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening with pastry blender until crumbled to about the size of peas. Add ice water, blend until dough cleans the bowl and is no longer sticky. Separate dough into equal sized balls. Roll out each ball on floured board. For pre-baked crusts, use a fork to prick bottom and sides of unbaked crust before putting in oven.
