1/2 cup butter
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup frozen corn.
1 can Grands homestyle buttermilk biscuits.

Directions:

Heat oven to 375º. In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, salt and pepper, cook 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in flour, cook 1-3 minutes. Gradually stir in broth and milk, cook 1-3 minutes longer, until bubbly and thickened. Stir in chicken and corn. Remove from heat. Pour mixture into a casserole dish. Separate biscuits and cut each one into fourths. Top chicken mixture with biscuit pieces. Bake 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
