1 1/2 cups sugar
5 oz. can evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
1/2 cup butter
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (you can also change out this flavor for other chips)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Line an 8" baking pan with foil, extending foil over the edges of the pan. Butter the foil bottom and sides, set aside. Butter the sides of a heavy saucepan. In the saucepan combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Reduce heat to medium low and continue cooking stirring constantly for 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla.. Mix until melted and combined. Spread fudge evenly in the prepared pan. Chill until sets.
