¾ c. butter
2 c. flour
¾ c. sugar
1 TBSP milk
1 tsp vanilla
¾ c. finely chopped red and green candied cherries
⅓ c. finely chopped pecans
¾ c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter with an electric mixer for 30 seconds. Add about half of the flour, the sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat till thoroughly combined. Stir in remaining flour. Stir in cherries and pecans. Shape into two 8-inch rolls. Roll in coconut. Wrap in waxed paper, chill 2 to 24 hours. Cut into ¼ inch slices. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet . Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool on a wire rack.
