2 lb frozen hash browns
1/2 c onions
1/2 c butter
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp seasoned salt

1 pt sour cream
2 c grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 c melted butter
1 1/2 c bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients. Put potatoes in 9 x 12 inch pan(grease lightly). Mix the sour cream, cheese, and soup and pour over potato mixture in pan. Mix melted butter and crumbs nd sprinkle over top. Bake 350 for 45 minutes
