1 c milk
1 c sugar
1 c flour
½ tsp salt
3 T butter
1½ t baking powder
Cinnamon

Sauce:
fruit juice
¾ c sugar
3 T flour
½ tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in the loaf pan in the oven.
Make your batter of Milk, sugar, flour, salt, butter and baking powder. Mix well and place in prepared loaf pan.

Place drained fruit on the batter mixture.

Place pan in oven and bake 300º for 45 minutes until done. (Batter will puff over the fruit.

Boil juice, sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon until thick.
Pour over cobbler.

* Often it is served with cream if you wish.

This recipe was Peggy's grandmother's. It's called a fruit cobbler but it mostly is made with peaches. The handwriting on the recipe is Peggy's mother, Debbie Hatton's. They had peach trees and Debbie would can those peaches and then use them in this fruit cobbler that they called "Cuppa Cuppa Cuppa".
