2 cups cubed chicken
2 cups diced celery
1 cup toasted bread crumbs
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped or slivered almonds
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 tsp grated onion
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:

Combine first 7 ingredient in baking dish
Top with cheese and chips
Bake 10-15 minutes at 350º

Optional:
Add 1/2 cup cubed apples or 1/2 cup diced pineapple, raisins, or grated carrot
