2 (20-ounce) cans pineapple chunks with juice
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 sleeve buttery round crackers, crushed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F and spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Drain pineapple and reserve 6 T of juice. In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, and the juice. Add the pineapple and mix well. Pour into dish. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Mix the cracker crumbs and butter until the crumbs are coated. Spread the mixture over the cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
